Soren born!
Our Directors, Bel & Emily Carpenter have a wonderful new addition to their family. Soren Robert Longfellow Carpenter was born Saturday, January 26th in the afternoon. Amongst all the changes, Emily & Bel are still devoted to their personal practice and yoga studios. Quickly Emily returned to her practice one week after Soren's birth. Luckily, we can all look forward to Em's quick return to our class schedule. I know we all will look forward to stretching and sweating in her presence, with our “smiling happy faces”.

In other worldly news, Bel and three junior competitors, Jake, Arjuno & Ixchel participated in the 5th Annual Bishnu Gosh Championships, held in Los Angeles, CA. On Feb.2nd and 3rd. It is our pleasure to announce that Bel Carpenter placed 2nd in the United States. All competitors qualified to compete in the International Championships held the next day. Jake placed 4th and Arjuno 5th, Internationally. How INSPIRING to know that our Colorado Mountain Yoga Community was represented both nationally and Internationally. A heartfelt thanks and congratulations goes out to all of our very special champions. See all results.

We are happy to welcome two new teachers to our staff, Gina Guarascio and Carolyn Valencia. Make sure to take a class as they are still fired up from teacher training.
